LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT

This is a modular course with each of the elements capable of being delivered as a standalone module as required.

Course Objectives: The purpose of this course is to provide managers with the knowledge and skills to become more self-aware, develop their personal effectiveness and take control of their own development. It will draw on such areas as Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Leadership. Participants will become aware of their own role in taking control of their careers and also their personal lives.


Having attended this course participants will:
