Who We Are
Zero One Consulting was established in 2006. Our mission is to provide
a Learning and Development Consultancy service that delivers sustained
results to its clients. We understand how adults learn. Too often, training
is focussed on a person standing at the top of a room showing how much
they know on a particular subject. This does not in any way address the
learning needs of the participants.
Learning and Development often happens in isolation from the general HR
function. Yet, in order to ensure that you get the best return, it is
vital that there is a coordinated approach taken. Your training should
be synchronised with your HR function e.g. your performance management
system: your recruitment and selection processes; career path and succession
planning; change management; your competency framework; etc. and we can
help you with this.
We are highly skilled, experienced and qualified consultants. We have
a depth and breadth of experience and a strong commercial focus. We have
